45' Bayliner Pilothouse Walkthrough

Access to Beachfront from is from either pilothouse door. The bright airy pilothouse gives the captain good forward visibility. The helm is center with engine controls electronics, raised aft L- bench seating and inside access to the enormous bridge. Down 3 steps to starboard one finds the enormous salon area with large L-shape couch to port and open to the u-shaped galley. The chef will always be in the conversation! Sliding door aft allows access to the cockpit with swim platform ,electric davit & tender . There is also bridge access by stairs to port. Moving forward of the salon/galley is access to the staterooms. The master stateroom is all the way forward with a queen island pedestal bed and ample built in storage with hanging lockers. The master en-suite head is to starboard. To port is a guest stateroom that can be opened to the master with stacked single bunks, converts to a couch or used as a lounge or office area. Moving aft to port is the second guest stateroom with a double berth outboard and built in storage. To starboard is the guest and day head with a separate stall shower.

Once you reach the bridge you will never want to leave! Via the inside access by the pilothouse or aft cockpit stairs this bridge is one of a kind .There is ample comfortable seating all around. New upholstery and the enclosed bimini makes this area user friendly in any weather. The captain's helm is center forward and the 360 degree view is amazing. The doors allow for great air flow. LVT flooring installed. ( 2020) Directly behind the helm is an L- shaped bench seat with table. There is ample overhead storage above. The bridge has been completely done over. All seating is new vinyl with Taylor Made seats The double helm chair has a duel fold back so you can face either forward or back. (2019) The beautiful welded frame aluminum Bimini top frame was just recovered in 2019 with new isinglass as well. There is an L-shaped seating forward starboard and aft is circular seating with table. To port is a new dock box aft with a large General Electric freezer next to it. Moving forward is a bench seat and the the double helm chair. Flybridge upper helm steering unit rebuilt. (2013)
